本公司生產奈米雲母 (Nano Mica), 它是2維, 是片狀, 可以和有機高分子結合成奈米複合材料 1. 奈米雲母單分子層的厚度是 1 奈米, 粒徑為 300~1000 奈米 2. 奈米雲母片狀的結構, 可以產生非常好的阻氣, 阻水, 耐燃, 抗氧化, 抗UV 等特性 3. 奈米雲母和高分子材料結合成奈米複合材料之後, 可以讓高分子複合材料產生更強的張力, 更強的破裂強度, 硬度, 抗拉, 耐熱, 以及耐摩擦等功能 4. 奈米雲母已經達到脫層分散, 應用上不需要先插層, 再設法脫層分散. 因此奈米雲母和高分子材料之間, 形成非常好的三度空間網狀結構, 只要添加 0.1%~5% 的奈米雲母, 就有非常好的物理特性, 又不會影響高分子材料原有的物性. 5. 添加奈米雲母之後, 可以同時產生下列功能 - 阻氣, 抗氧化, 防腐蝕 - 阻水 - 抗紫外線 - 抗燃, 耐熱 - 抗張強度增加, 抗拉強度增加 - 抗彎強度增加, 抗壓強度增加 - 斷裂強度增加 - 硬度增加 - 耐磨擦 6. 奈米雲母可以添加在 PLA, PET, ABS, PE, PP, PU, PA...等塑膠, Acrylic, EPDM, Silicon, SBR...等橡膠, 以及乳膠, 人纖, 油漆, 塗料, 環氧樹脂....等高分子材料
